2. Information We Collect

• Game progress and settings — level, coins, boosters, lives, stars, streaks, event progress, language, sound/music, color-blind mode and cube theme. This is stored locally and, if cloud backup is enabled, synced under an anonymous device identifier.
• Cloud backup data — anonymous device identifier, secret token, save snapshot and short-lived 6-digit transfer codes.
• Purchases — product identifiers and entitlement status processed through RevenueCat, Google Play Billing and Apple App Store. We never receive your full payment instrument.
• Advertising and device data — rewarded ads use Google AdMob, which may process advertising identifiers, approximate location, device model, OS version, language, app version and ad interaction data according to your device consent settings.
• Support correspondence — if you contact us, we keep your message and reply address to resolve your request.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide gameplay, local save, cloud backup, daily rewards, events, purchases and rewarded ads;
• Restore your progress across devices using transfer codes;
• Measure rewarded ads and unlock optional rewards;
• Process purchases and restore entitlements;
• Detect abuse, diagnose crashes and improve aggregate gameplay quality.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Play Billing / Apple App Store — payment processing for in-app purchases.
• Apple Game Center / Google Play Games — leaderboards and achievements when enabled by the player/platform.

5. Advertising and Tracking

Cube Pop Jam has no forced ads. Ads are optional and rewarded. On iOS, access to IDFA follows Apple App Tracking Transparency and only happens if you grant permission. On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in device settings.

6. Legal Basis and Sharing

We process data based on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors listed above, hosting providers and public authorities where required by law.

7. Retention

• Cloud save records are kept while your anonymous save is active and deleted after 24 months of inactivity or on valid request.
• Transfer codes expire after at most 10 minutes.
• Purchase records are retained as required by store, tax and commerce rules.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection. E-mail iletisim@mevvsoft.com with the subject "Cube Pop Jam — Data Request". Include your in-game device identifier or a transfer code generated from the same device so we can locate the anonymous record.

9. Children

Cube Pop Jam is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
